國際保養延伸服務由shepherd Jr. International LTD下稱(本公司)提供
指定”香港行貨產品”之海外顧客,可以使用由Shepherd Jr. 提供之延伸保養服務

The  Extended International Warranty Service is provided by Shepherd Jr. International LTD (hereinafter referred to as "Shepherd Jr."). Overseas customers who purchase the designated "Hong Kong genuine products" from the designated overseas retailers can use the extended International warranty service provided by Shepherd Jr.

於保養期內,如客戶購買之指定產品有屬於生產上的損壞或瑕疵而且並非人為損毁的情況下,客戶只需要自費將該產品寄到海外當地之服務倉,本公司會承擔及協助將產品寄回香港官方維修點及送回客戶海外地址(客戶購買所在國家)。

提供海外服務倉之國家,美國,英國,澳洲,加拿大,意大利如客戶所在地在以上國家,客戶可以將有問題之產品,自費寄往當地國家的服務倉。本公司會負責從服務倉送往香港代理商,及維修後寄回客戶所在國家(客戶購買所在國家)。

如客戶不在以上國家客戶需要自費把有問題的產品寄往本公司香港的服務倉或以上任何國家之服務倉。本公司會負責把有問題的產品交到香港代理商,以及維修後送回客戶所在國家(客戶購買所在國家)。

Within the warranty period, if the specified product purchased by the customer has a production defect or flaw, and it is not a case of human damage, the customer only needs to send the product to the Shepherd Jr.'s overseas service warehouse at their own expense. Shepherd Jr. will undertake and assist in shipping the product back to the distributor or manufacturer in Hong Kong and sending it back to the customer's overseas address (the country where the customer made the purchase).
 

Overseas warehouses return service are available in the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, and Italy. If the customer is located in the above countries, the customer can send the problematic product to the local country's service warehouse at their own expense. Shepherd Jr. will be responsible for shipping it from the service warehouse to the distributor or manufacturer, and for sending it back to the customer's country of residence (the country where the customer made the purchase) after the repair.

If the customer is not located in the above countries, the customer needs to bear the cost of shipping the problematic product to our service warehouse in Hong Kong or the service warehouse in any of the above-mentioned countries. Our company will take care of delivering the problematic product to the distributor or manufacturer, as well as sending the repaired product back to the customer's country (the country where the customer purchased the product).

Step 1

​客戶在網上申報有問題之產品,並提交產品問題之視頻,以及購買單據。

The customer reports the problem product online and submits a video of the product issue, as well as the purchase receipt

Step 2

本公司審核後會提供當地海外服務倉地址,以及維修服務號碼:

After reviewing, Shepherd Jr. will provide the address of the local overseas service warehouse and the repair service code

Step 3

客戶把有關產品自費寄到當地海外服務倉.

Customer will send the relevant product to the local overseas service warehouse at their own expense. (the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, Italy)

Step 4

本公司會從海外服務倉把有關產品送到產品代理商並進行維修(客戶無需付費)

We will send the relevant product from the overseas service warehouse to the manufacturer for repairing. (the customers do not need to pay any fees).

Step 5

維修後,本公司會把有關產品送回給客戶所在國家的地址.(客戶無需付費)

After the repair, Shepherd Jr. will notify the customer and send the product back to the customer's overseas address.

條款

客戶提出使用本服務時,需要提交購買之單據(只接受授權海外銷售商發出的購買收據),以獲得保養海外延伸代理服務。本公司恕不對非授權銷售商或店舖購買的貨品(即使是正品)提供該保養海外延伸代理服務。

客戶需要自費寄往海外當地服務倉的運費除了本公司之海外保養延伸條款外,所有保養服務之條款,亦都需要根據該產品品牌代理商的服務條款。如果因貨品在生產上的損壞或瑕疵而要求維修,產品代理商會先檢查貨品並調查您的投訴。如果貨品的確有生產上的損壞或瑕疵,產品代理商才會提供有關保養服務。

保養海外延伸服務,只提供海外客戶把有問題之產品提交給產品代理商的交接服務,本公司並不提供維修及保養服務。維修及保養服務由廠裝或產品代理商提供。產品代理商將根據貨品的保修條款及其涵蓋範圍作出修理,或如果貨品已經無法修理,代理商會根據相關保修條款提供退貨或退款安排。倘若代理商發現貨品的損壞並非生產上的損壞(包括材料及人工的損壞),而是不當處理或使用而導致的損壞,或該損壞超出保修條款涵蓋的範圍或保修條款已過期,客戶需要承擔維修費用並需要繳付海外保養延伸服務之全程運費實報實銷。

Term:

When the customer requests to use this service, they need to submit the purchase receipt (only the purchase receipt issued by the authorized overseas retailer is accepted) to obtain the overseas extended warranty agency service. Shepherd Jr. will not provide this overseas extended warranty agency service for products purchased from unauthorized retailers or stores (even if they are genuine).

The customer needs to bear the shipping cost to the overseas local service warehouse, in addition to the company's overseas warranty extension terms, all the warranty service terms will also need to be based on the service terms of the product brand agent. If a repair is required due to production defects or flaws in the product, the product manufacture will first inspect the product and investigate the customer's complaint. If the product does indeed have production defects or flaws, the product agent will first inspect the goods and investigate your complaint. If the goods do indeed have production damage or defects, the product agent will then provide the relevant warranty services.

The overseas extended warranty service only provides the service of handing over the problematic product to the manufacture for the overseas customer, and Shepherd Jr. does not provide repair and maintenance services.

Repair services are provided by the manufacturer or product agent. The product agent will repair the product according to the product warranty terms and coverage, or if the product cannot be repaired, the agent will provide a refund or replacement according to the relevant warranty terms. If the agent finds that the product damage is not due to production defects (including material and workmanship damage), but is due to improper handling or use, or the damage exceeds the coverage of the warranty terms or the warranty term has expired, the customer will need to bear the repair costs and pay the full shipping costs of the overseas extended warranty service.
